I have to sell a home, then buy one
The same terms apply here as in the "I have a home to sell" box but with a bonus. The bonus is a discount off of the already competitive commission rate on the sale of your current home when you also buy a home through me on which I earn a real estate commission. This bonus is negotiable but will be agreed upon in writing at the time of signing a Listing Agreement or an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Contract or both. I acknowledge that it's good for me to get two sales so you should benefit, too! In addition to the bonus, I feel that you will find it very beneficial to have one Realtor helping you coordinate the details on "both ends" of your move. The details that could need attention would be the closing date, the closing time, the possession time and what would happen if the purchase of your home fell through. Putting my experience to work for you and earning a bonus is a great situation for you!
