Fees

     You wouldn't think that clicking on "Fees" would be a source of good news, but in this case I think it is.

     As a home seller the only extra costs incurred by selling your home through us would be the real estate commission you choose and a $295 broker administration fee.  When you meet with me, I think our commission rate will be agreeable to you.  The broker administration fee is similar to many of our competitors and, when factored in with the commission, completes a very competitive overall fee structure.  Please click on the "My Commission Philosophy" box for more on the commission.  There are other closing costs when selling your home but these are not fees related to using me as your Realtor.  These are government, title, closing and other miscellaneous fees and I'd be happy to itemize them in writing at a listing appointment.

     As a homebuyer you will have the fees involved in obtaining a mortgage.  Consult with your mortgage lender or click on the "Moetown Referral Network" box and check out some lenders I know.  These fees are not related to working with me as your Realtor.  There is a $295 broker administration fee and that is the only fee related to using my services as a buyer.
