About Me

     I have over 20 years of real estate experience.  In total, I have sold over 725 homes totalling over $100,000,000 in volume acting as either the seller's agent, the buyer's agent, a dual agent, or facilitator.  I am a member of the National and Minnesota Associations of Realtors.  In addition, I am a member of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors.

     I would like to make a very important point about working with me:  I am not part of a real estate "team."  I feel that many real estate "teams" can just leave you feeling "passed on" from person to person.  With me, you will get just me being responsible for following through on every detail and I will work in close personal contact with you.  I am extremely easy to get a hold of and am very conscientious about doing my work professionally, thoroughly and ethically.  I have never been taken to court or sued over anything in my real estate career.

     On a personal level I enjoy movies, sports and my dog.  I am a 1988 graduate of St. Olaf College.  I am a casual person with whom to work.  I don't wear business suits but view every day as "business casual."  I am very serious about doing my job well and looking out for my client's best interests but the process of working with me is fun.  I like to kid around and see the lighter side of life.
